The UCLA Center for European and Eurasian Studies will host a lecture on a topic related to Romania and we would like to invite you to attend this event as a special guest. The speaker is Professor Gail Kligman, our director. The lecture is entitled "A Cautionary Tale: Revisiting Ceausescu’s Anti-Abortion Policies" and will take place on Thursday, March 8, 12:00 noon, in 10383 Bunche Hall. We also hope that this talk might be of interest to members of the Romanian community in Los Angeles.
